  Richard is a seasoned construction and real estate professional with nearly two decades of comprehensive industry experience. Since 2006, Richard has built an impressive career spanning residential and commercial construction, property management, and real estate investment. His expertise encompasses all phases of construction—from initial site development and framing to project completion and warranty management. As Owner/Operator of Quality Control Construction for over a decade, Richard has successfully managed complex residential and commercial projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. His hands-on approach, combined with strong leadership skills and technical proficiency in all construction trades, has established him as a trusted professional in the San Antonio and South Texas markets. Richard's passion for real estate transformation and his commitment to excellence drive his continued success in helping clients achieve their construction and property goals.

Robert's role is Real Estate and Project Management Professional with over 20+ years of Experience in a Corporate Enviroment. His experience in managing complex projects, and budgets with many moving parts is extensive. At Quality Control Construction Robert's focus is on Sales, Marketing and Estimation for new projects. His experience in Construction is diverse, from working in Roofing, Sheetrock/Paint and General remodeling in his youth with a family business, to being a Real Estate Broker/Investor since 2019, to being Co-Owner for a general contracting business from 2020-2023 where he handle Marketing, Operations Management, and Customer Experience.
